MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM LOS ANGELES

We had the best time at Museum of Ice Cream this summer. The long-awaited visit lived up to our expectations. To be immersed in a world of ice cream -- Mila and I were in heaven!

Our friend, Jenna Elliott, and her son James were able to join us for the adventure.

We had so much fun! It was an absolute highlight of our summer. Thank you MOIC!

POLKA-DOT PEANUT PARADE

We're always on the hunt for high-quality toys, so I wanted to share a lovely company with you today. Polka-Dot Peanut Parade was founded by Vanesa Stutz, a talented artist who learned sewing as a young girl in her parents' upholstery factory. Fast forward twenty years later and Vanesa is advancing her career in the fashion industry. With the birth of her daughter in 2013, she decided to spend time at home, and after making a rag doll for her once, Polka-Dot Peanut Parade was born. All of the dolls are made from sustainable material and hand-crafted in Los Angeles. Here are a few of her beautiful pieces.

TUTU DU MONDE HIGH TEA AT AU FUDGE

Tutu Du Monde joined forces with Modern Queen Kids to throw a super fun tea party in Los Angeles this month. Founder Andrea Rembeck hosted beautiful mommies (including Rebecca Gayheart and Tori Spelling) for an afternoon filled with sweet treat nibbling and flower crown making.

Held in the creative space at Jessica Biel's Au Fudge, the feminine and floral decor from Fire and Creme Kids set the perfect tone. Here are the gorgeous photos by Nicki Sebastian.

Too much prettiness!

We had so much fun at The ShopUp! Set at the beautiful Lombardi House, Babyccino Kids and Pop Productions put together a lovely event (with their incredible eye for detail) and gave our kids just what we would have wished for on a pretty Sunday afternoon. Including a little lounge time in the adorable Kalon Studios toddler bed (above).

Mila made a botanical card with Makers Mess.

And Brixton turned on the charm in the Red Anchor photo booth.

We can't wait for next year!

VISITING JESSICA BIEL'S AU FUDGE

Mila and I had a girls' lunch (just the two of us) at Au Fudge, Jessica Biel and Estee Stanley's restaurant and creative space in West Hollywood. I think I can safely say that I've never seen the combination of kid-friendly and great style done so well.

Let's start with the creative space. Here's Mila in the tree house. How fun is that?

Would be such a fun place for a birthday party.

The concept is that you're able to have your kids participate in an activity, game or craft in the playroom, while under the supervision of their professional au pairs (at $15/hr), so you're able to have lunch with the ladies or a mini date with your man.

So now onto the restaurant. In additional to the dining room and bar, there's a small but beautiful patio, that makes you feel like you've "gotten away."

Crayons, colored paper and clay delivered to the table to keep busy while waiting for food.

Searching for those last bits of fries.
